Quick and Delicious Linguini and Clam Sauce
1 pound linguini (cooked according to package)
6 T. butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3 T. flour
2 (7 oz) cans chopped clams
1 T. parsley
1 t. dried thyme
1 t. basil
Salt and pepper to taste.
Freshly grated parmesan
Heat butter and garlic for 1 minute. Add clam juice and flour. Stirring constantly, bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over cook linguini. Top with freshly grated parmesan.
